Only a few years ago I found myself at a fork in the road. I wasn’t willing to settle for a life and career that didn’t feel like me.
I knew it was possible to love my work again.
And so I followed a hunch, that lead me on an adventure – and I’m by no means at the destination, nor will I ever be.
So no matter where you’re at, I want you to remember this:
YOU,
You are here for long term love
You’re vivacious,
You have a willingness to experiment
and practice the art of making powerful choices
because you know there is no wrong, only beautiful lessons
Being stuck, it’s only a temporary thing
And whenever you doubt yourself or begin to dwell
and you feel yourself letting the excuses, blame or regret seep in
you say ‘no’ to that low vibe tribe
and you just start somewhere
after all, you just need one
one client, one yes, one sale, one connection
your biggest get unstuck mantra “always follow your curiosity”
because your inner child and the things that mattered to her
they were probably right all along
and so you begin the journey, the adventure that does not have a destination
“overnight success” – it ain’t in your sights
Because success is deeper than the bright lights
Newsflash – it’s an inside job, you hear your heart say
self-care, boundaries, energetic capacity
you keep them in check and go-to status update reads – “having me time”
because we’re here to thrive, not just survive
And if by now you’re thinking…
“but I still have no idea where to start?”
I want you to pause for a moment my love, and think…
What do they always thank you for?
What can you talk about till late in the night?
What do you value most in yourself and others?
those answers – they are when you are doing you, and only you
so be brave, declare it and follow it
find those who won’t settle either,
it takes just one who’s listening
Rise together, the world needs more of you
and more of you
Rise to every new opportunity to connect
It’s your greatest asset
And each time you hit that fork in the road, I want you to remember:
you are here on earth because you believe in something,
a reason for living that’s bigger than yourself
