Not too long ago, my mornings looked very different to what they look like today. My alarm would go off at 8am, leaving just enough time to run through the shower, throw on my clothes and grab an Up&Go on the way out the door.

On a good day, Iā€™d settle into to a bowl of 3 Weetbix with milk ā€“ not the most inspiring (or nutritious) way to start the day!

Then I discovered something that made me actually want to jump out of bed at 6am: cold-pressed juices and nutrient-packed smoothies. From gorgeous green juices to big beautiful smoothie bowls, I still get excited by the endless flavour sensations I can whip up in my tiny kitchen ā€“ all before 8am. And when I started becoming interested in learning about the benefits of the produce I was working with every morning, sharing my love for these liquid creations became one of my biggest passions.
