How to creatively explore a new career without spending a cent

March 27, 2018
Tell me love, when it comes to your next big decision, would you like to feel powerful?

We are certainly not short of options, avenues, paths or lacking freedom as a modern western woman. This is one of the blessings of our time, we can literally create any kind of life we want to.

Sometimes though, this can be our undoing, the share volume of decisions we are confronted with day to day can leave us feeling paralysed when it comes to the big one. If spoken about a few cool ways to negotiate this issue here.

How these four entrepreneurs guided a dramatic career change

March 13, 2018
With the wealth of books, blogs, trainings and information available to us today, we can inspire the pants off ourselves every moment of the day.

But how many of these people (even if online or in books in my case) actually continue to inspire you five years on?

The very people that tell you exactly that nugget-o-wisdom exactly when you need it.

In the case of doing a 180 in my career, new ways of thinking, direction and encouragement was needed often to break through moments of confusion and fear.

These four people below, shaped my path from practising Architect to Life Coach five years later (while doing a number of other things in between). I still call on their wisdom, their quirkiness and original thinking to support my journey into business.

Because, as I mention in the video, you can’t and you shouldn’t feel like you have to do it alone.

The secret to being truly authentic in your life and work

March 6, 2018

Authenticity is a mega-buzz-word in the spiritual/personal development circles.

Every day quotes on Instagram about it.

Social media is a perfect avenue for this new found freedom. We can do a no make-up selfie without a care in the world (although thank god some days they created filters!).

Inspiring yes, but at the same time is leaving us quite confused about what authenticity really is. Including myself. To the point where the word kinda started to bug me a little.

Truth be told, authenticity, whether I like the word or not, is sexy. When I meet someone who knows who they truly are and they live through that, it’s magnetic.

My husband is one of those cool cats. Which is why today I wanted to share a recent conversation we had on the subject. He shared with me what it looks like to live authentically, and how you can know when you’re being truly authentic. Thanks hubs.

Feminine or Masculine? How do we use them in the art of decision making

February 27, 2018

I had a question from a client in the last week around feminine embodiment that threw me a little.

It threw me because in reflecting on how I operate day to day to day, although I would consider myself fairly attune to the feminine (and a more embodied approach), much of my life is takes on masculine qualities.

To be perfectly honest, for me to operate solely from the feminine, drive my decisions from this place is not easy for me, and possibly for you too?

Why it takes just 5 mins per day to create a powerful habit

February 13, 2018

A couple of weeks ago I released a FREE step by step guide called the Golden Hour Project (Come over HERE to grab your copy).

If you’re not familiar with the Golden Hour, here’s the short and sweet version:

2 x 30min blocks of time filled with nourishing, inspiring and creative habits or rituals, that bookend the beginning and the end of the day.

Perhaps you love the idea of a Golden Hour but right now you’re struggling to balance everything else in your life?

In today’s video, I thought I would help you out a little by sharing a radical idea:

What if I told you that you only need to spend 5 mins on forming most new habits? Would you think I was crazy?
