This week I teamed up with gorgeous Niki Hennessy to discuss a topic dear to both our hearts:
Navigating the online world with authenticity and grace.
What sparked this collaboration, was the increasing number of questions that were coming from our individual tribes.
In the last few years, the presence of social media has increased dramatically and many women are questioning whether it’s really a medium of true authenticity. We continue to hear things like:
“I’m confident with sharing…I don’t feel like I have anything to say”
“How much do I say about my personal life?”
“How do I know if I’m coming across authentic?”
“What can I do to build a presence and message if I’m considering starting a side-hustle?”
Friends, this is an incredible discussion that traverses not the subject of showing up authentically online but also how this flows into our personal lives – especially when it comes to attracting genuine humans and relationships.
I am super excited to share this conversation, as the insights Niki delivers are clear and straight to the point.
Enjoy beauties!
What we cover in the video:
+ What is authenticity in our own words?
+ Why are we so confused about what it means to be authentic?
+ How do we be more authentic and stop comparing ourselves (sometimes unconsciously) to others? what tools are available? How personal should we really get.
+ What does authenticity look like in our career or business?
